One of the most difficult questions to answer on Passover is, “What should I bring to work for lunch?” Thinking of a lunch that is easy, transportable, delicious and well, not embarrassing (we’re looking at you, matzo sandwiches…) can be a real struggle. So we’ve gathered a bunch of recipes that we hope will help you tackle the challenge, and included recipes that aren’t reliant on artificial or processed ingredients.
We hope you enjoy!
