And if you are still on the hunt for a Mother’s Day gift you can ship to her house, check out this complete gift guide!
1. Backyard Picnic
Fill a picnic basket with a blanket, some of Mom’s favorite snacks, juice in a glass bottle and some utensils so she can set up and enjoy a very special Mother’s Day picnic in her backyard!
2. Heart-Shaped Cookie Envelope
Sometimes less is more, and that definitely holds true with these adorable cookie packages. Use a mini heart-shaped cookie cutter to make cookies from your favorite sugar cookie recipe. Place them in a wax paper envelope and leave them in Mom’s mailbox. Complete them with a hand-written return address so she knows who they’re from.
3. Decorate The Front Door
This idea is probably the simplest to pull off. Simply buy a beautiful hanging basket and plant Mom’s favorite flowers inside. Hang one on either side of her front door for some cheery spring vibes.
4. Homemade Treats
What Mom would turn down some freshly baked donuts (or any sweet treat) on Mother’s Day? Place your treats in a bakery box, on a pretty plate wrapped in cellophane, or in a basket tucked in with tissue paper. Here are some sweet treats we suggest:
