Let’s face it, winter isn’t exactly a cheery season. (They don’t call it the “winter blues” for nothing.) To help us all get through the cold and cloudy days of winter, we’re focusing on comforting soups, stews, carbs and casseroles this month for dinner. From Moroccan Lentil Stew and Mushroom Fettuccine to Macaroni and Cheese Casserole and Onion Soup Ravioli, these recipes are sure to be a hit everyday Monday through Thursday.
As always, feel free to mix and match menus, use ingredients you already have in your pantry, or swap out some recipes we've picked for recipes your family counts on every week.
