These look great, and many I’ll be looking at trying. However, it would have been great if this had been run at the beginning of Chanukah rather than the sixth day 🙂 Many of us are dealing with heart disease and other challenges in our families and that’s a problem at Chanukah (and Pesach, of course). I’m always looking for recipes that are health-friendly (particularly lower fat at Chanukah). An added plus is is a list that is filled with heart-healthy and diabetes-accommodating *kosher* recipes for Jewish holidays!
It would also be outstanding if you would feature more often posts that are dedicated to gluten-free dishes, including ones that can be made vegetarian. For many, vegetarian has become a go-to option for those who have allergy issues to contend with (we do).
Thanks for considering this comment!
