One of our tricks for making things simple? Prepare dishes that don’t require any reheating on the holiday. There’s no prep work involved before the meal, no oven/heating plate/warming drawer required, and it’s one less thing to think about, which means you can focus on more enjoyable things like relaxing with family. There’s also something really nice about having cold or room temp dishes on a warm Shavuot day.
