If you’re anything like us, you’ll be making them all summer long.

1. Grilled Peach Crumble by Esty Wolbe

This grilled peach crumble is the perfect finishing touch to your BBQ. You can let it bake right on the grill while you’re feasting on steaks with family and friends. The recipe was prepared with frozen peaches, but fresh-picked would be delicious. For more great ideas, watch Easy Does It!

2. Sweet Cheese Blueberry-Lemon Galette with Pistachio Crust by Chavi Feldman

This rustic blueberry galette gets a little upgrade with a pistachio-speckled crust and a creamy lemony cheese layer tucked beneath the berries. It’s simple to assemble, beautiful on the table, and tastes like summer in every slice.

3. Peach Crumble by Sara Goldstein

This recipe was prepared with Beleaves frozen peach slices, but fresh picked peaches can certainly be used too! I added a little bit of cardamom spice, for a warm and slightly citrusy flavor. I highly recommend using it, but if you don’t have it on hand, no worries, the crumble will still wow your guests!

4. Tacos with Peaches and Plums by Faigy Cohen

Tacos are always fun and family-friendly, so I’ve been trying to create a dessert using tacos. As soon as these stroopwafels arrived on grocery shelves, I knew we hit the jackpot. I’ve tried dessert tacos in the past with sweetened, baked tortillas, but you just can’t compare that to these textured sweetened waffles. It’s as if they were made just for this dessert!

5. Honey Grilled Peach Dessert by Sara Goldstein

Grilling peaches is one of my favorite ways to enjoy this seasonal stone fruit. Grilling them intensifies the natural sugars, softens them, and imparts a touch of smokiness. It pairs so beautifully with creamy Tuscanini gelato and a crunchy oat crumble.

6. Strawberry Salsa with Chocolate “Chips” by Tova Wolbe

Tova knows two things: finals are stressful, and snacks help. That’s why she’s taking chocolate-covered strawberries in a whole new direction with a quick strawberry salsa and homemade chocolate chips that are worth putting the books down for.

7. Strawberry S’mores by Gitty Friedman

To take your regular s’mores to a whole new level, switch things up with this easy twist on the old version!

8. Blueberry Crostata by Janie Chazanoff

The crostata’s technique is another secret to making great desserts that don’t need any precision or skill, because they’re meant to look rustic. While you can certainly make one large crostata, for individual portions, these can be mini too (you won’t need as much filling). The folds don’t have to be exactly the same on each one, but the crostatas should be the same size. Make sure to cut and roll your dough evenly so the crostatas bake to approximately the same size.

9. Classic Plum Pie from the Nitra Cookbook

This pretty, old-fashioned Hungarian Plum Pie combines a light, flaky dough with luscious sweet plums. A beautiful way to work more of the season’s bounty onto your table.

10. Lemon Cookie Summer Fruit Cobbler by Leah Nagel

A fruit crumble, crisp, or cobbler is a classic summer dessert, but to put a new twist on the classic, I experimented with a soft and gooey lemon cookie dough to replace the traditional plain, crispy cobbler topping. The result is a cobbler with a sweet, summer fruit mixture that’s topped with bright, citrusy lemon cookie mounds. Serve the cobbler warm with some vanilla ice cream – bliss!

12. Watermelon Lemonade Ice Pops by The Peppermill

Homemade ice pops win taste tests every time!

13. Strawberry Lemon Galette by Chanie Nayman

Does anything scream summer more than a fruit galette? This dessert is summer in a bite. With the combination of fresh, sweet strawberries and tart lemons you can’t go wrong.

14. Orange-Watermelon Pops by Marilyn Ayalon

Say goodbye to store-bought ices loaded with artifical flavors and food coloring! Here’s an array of 100% natural fruit pops made from fresh fruit. They’re refreshing, delicious, and perfect for a lazy summer day. A terrific treat for young and old alike. Orange-Watermelon Pops are pictured center. Also pictured: Coconut-Pineapple Pops, Melon-Cherry Pops, Grape-Mint Pops, Kiwi-Honey-Lemon Pops, Mango-Passionfruit Pops.

15. Vegan Strawberry Shortcakes by Rachel Conners

A tender vanilla-scented shortcake dolloped with a fluff of barely sweetened coconut cream, topped with macerated strawberry slices, and scattered with freshly torn mint leaves. This is the most perfect way I can think of to celebrate the peak of strawberry season because this simple recipe highlights the red-fleshed fruit so beautifully. The shortcakes, which are somewhere between a biscuit and a scone, provide a crisp, crumbly, not-overly-sweet base for the refreshing coconut cream and, of course, those lemon-scented berries. Torn mint leaves add an herby freshness that makes this dessert irresistible.   Strawberry Shortcakes are best when they’re freshly assembled, so keep the components separate until you’re ready to serve.

16. Peach, Plum, and Apricot Crisp by Elky Friedman

This one is a family favorite! Because this recipe is based on summer fruits, I usually only make it during the summer months. It is a change of pace from the apple crisp that I usually serve every Shabbos. (You can also use frozen fruit any time of the year.) It’s naturally full of flavor and is a much healthier version of fruit crisps and kugels, because it calls for the bare minimum of oil and sugar.

17. Mango-Coconut Sorbet by Charles Sayegh

A delicious frozen tropical treat perfect to cap off a large meal or to cool down on a hot day.

18. Berry Parfait with Lemon Ice Cream and Butter Crumbs by Estee Kafra

All the components for this showstopping dessert can easily be made in advance. They are each delicious on their own, but when combined, the flavors blend to create something really amazing. I added the lemon zest to the vanilla ice cream to bring it up a notch. You can choose to skip this step, but I recommend it.

19. S’mores Stuffed Strawberries by Family Table

20. Mixed-Berry Apple Bake by Rivky Kleiman

When I set out to develop this recipe, I thought, not another boring apple bake. Well, mission accomplished… The crumb topping and mixed berries are a testament that something new can be amazing!

21. Fruit Pops by Sina Mizrahi

Serve fruit on sticks or skewers for a healthy treat that’s easy to make and fun to eat. You can even get the kids to put them together. And of course, some chocolate makes it a legitimate dessert.

22. Almond Custard Plum Bars by Brynie Greisman

Fresh plums star in this delicious cake. Paired together with crunchy almonds and a hint of orange, the flavor is very refreshing and summery. Last time I made it, I gave most of it away because I kept “straightening” out the pieces and snipping the corners just one more time….

23. Blueberry Lemon Crumbles from the Dining In Cookbook

These irresistible mini-muffin shaped cookies have a brown sugar crunch and an intensely fruity burst of blueberry and lemon flavor.

24. Plum Galette by Rivky Kleiman

An easy, no-fuss dish that will have everyone thinking that it took so much preparation. In reality, it can be assembled in just a few minutes. So take advantage of summer’s bounty, and prepare a galette that’s ready in no time and tastes positively divine.

25. Cherry-Peach Pie by Faigy Grossmann

Fruit pies are the perfect year-round dessert. Each season can be represented in pies, so use your favorite seasonal fruits to change it up!

26. Strawberry Crumb Muffins by Faigy Grossmann

Everyone loves a good muffin, and they’re usually not that hard to make. There are a few basic rules to give you a consistently perfect muffin. The most important one is not to overmix your batter. Unlike bread, where you want the gluten to develop, in muffins, you do not, as this will result in a tough and rubbery end product. Mix your wet and dry ingredients together until just com-bined — lumps are good! Second, to take your muffin from good to great, don’t skimp on your add-ins. You want enough so that you get some in every bite! Some great add-ins include fruit, nuts, chocolate, jams, nut butters, etc.

27. Sweet and Tangy Peach Blueberry Crisp by Charna Sheinfeld

Topped with a buttery, crumbly oat topping, this crisp bakes up golden and fragrant, offering a perfect combination of textures—soft, juicy fruit beneath and a crunchy, sweet topping on top. Whether served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or on its own, this crisp is a satisfying and comforting treat.

28. Open Stone-Fruit Tart by Michal Frischman

Stone fruit is a fancy name for fruit with a big pit inside. They taste amazing through the summer, and this easy tart is the perfect way to take advantage of the season’s bounty!

29. Lemon Blueberry Bars by Estee Kafra

My favorite flavor by far is lemon – give me anything with lemon and I’m an instant fan. These bars have the perfect combination of tart and sweet.

30. Watermelon Granita by Victoria Dwek

31. Mango Shortcake by Janie Chazanoff

Twist up the classic strawberry shortcake dessert with a taste of the tropics! Minted mango and ice cream are nestled between rich shortbread biscuits. Can be made dairy or parve.
