
48 Pre and Post Fast Recipes
All of the pre-fast recipes we’ve selected will keep you full, are easy to digest, and can either be served cold or room temperature. And most importantly, these recipes will help you get through the evening feeling well enough to focus on the true meaning of the fast. Be mindful of the amount of salt you add to these recipes. The last thing you want to be eating is salty foods (so adjust the salt as needed).
For the break-fast recipes, we stayed true to the classics (and crowd-pleasers) like lasagna, cinnamon buns and pizza.
